The IMBF (IRAM Multi Beam Fits) files contain information from the 'Scan Files' and 'Trace Files'. One IMBF file is created for each scan and backend.

Data from antMD (antennaTrace.h) are written to FITS files (andMD trace), some of these data are send as a message (antMD msg.), and are included in the raw-data files (IMBFits). Some of the names are changed and some of the data are scaled to different units, the following table gives an overview.
